Some stories are harder to tell than others, and Gojo’s is one of them. At just 3 months old, this innocent puppy was found in Miami with severe chemical burns covering his rear, leaving him in excruciating pain no baby should ever endure. Scared, hurting, and confused, Gojo’s little life hung in the balance.
When he arrived at our rescue, our team wrapped him in loving arms and promised him that his suffering was over—that from now on, he would only know kindness and healing. Our incredible veterinary team immediately assessed his injuries, created a detailed treatment plan, and got to work easing his pain and giving him the comfort and care he desperately needed.

In just a few short weeks, his progress has been nothing short of inspiring. His wounds are healing beautifully, and he’s already starting to rediscover what it means to be a joyful, playful puppy.
Gojo’s journey isn’t over yet. He still has weeks of treatment ahead, and once he’s fully healed, he will be ready for the forever home he so deeply deserves.
