Tart has been with us since he was just a tiny pup, and while we’ve loved watching him grow, what he really wants (and deserves) is a forever home of his very own. Tart is the full package: sweet, energetic, loyal, and incredibly handsome. He’s also a professional attention-seeker—if he could, he’d rent out a billboard just to remind you he exists and would like a belly rub, please and thank you. He loves soaking up affection, whether that means leaning into you for pets, following you around like your shadow, or turning those puppy-dog eyes on you until you melt.
