We are baffled at how this Portuguese Water Dog puppy found himself at a kill shelter.  No doubt he will clean up well and look beautiful.  Morisson will be available for adoption after we neuter, groom and treat him for the inevitable kennel cough.  He is currently available for sponsorship only.
