Casper is a fun Loving dog who use to be around three kids (9, 12, and 14). His owners got a dicorce and could not take him where they were moving. Very submissive and loving. Perfect family dog, needs people that will love him. At his previous home he was played with once every two weeks and that’s when the kids came over. Right now he is living w a German Shepherd in a foster home and he gets along perfectly! No behavior issues.
