My name is Picasso and yes, I'm a girl. My foster mom says I am always getting my white fur covered in something!! I am looking for a special home because I'm deaf, but I don't let that stop me. In fact, deaf dogs are wonderful because they rarely bark! When I see my foster mom I will run through the yard to cuddle with her and my fur is super soft, even if it may have grass stains.
