Ned is a compact, sweet companion.  He walks well on a leash, knows how to relax on the sofa for hours if it means being by your side, ready to go anywhere at any time, and is totally house trained.  He is the perfect dog.  Presently he is being treated for heart worms.  He is available for a foster to adopt situation only for the perfect adopter.

Note:  Ned has learned to ride well in a car seat, he is crate trained, and decided that cats are ok.
