Polly
Kathy,
I'm cleaning out my email and found this. I realized I never replied.
The second picture is after she was groomed for Thanksgiving.
They talked me into cutting her hair since her nipples had gone down a lot in size.
She absolutely loves being on my bed and is snoring there as I type this.
The second actually came from the Justin Bartlett website after we walked in the parade.
I had my doubts when Peter asked because she's afraid of her own shadow, but that day helped to bring her out of her shell.
At home, she jumps when the gate closes but she walked behind a marching band and let kids run up to pet her.
Mom lives with me and has a visiting nurse who comes twice a week. She didn't ever see Polly until she was at the parade because Polly would never come out of my bedroom when someone was here. Last week she came out while Shirley was here!
Lynne
Penny
Penny is thriving. She is a very happy dog. She has overcome the last few maladies that she had when I started with her (eye and ear problems).
She is pure pleasure, a good dog and the perfect match for me.
Thank you so much! I'd send you a picture or two but I cannot figure out how!!
Sincerely,
MarcellaBaker
Priscilla
Hi Kathy,
Thank you for your email.
Mia (formerly Priscilla) is gorgeous and doing great!!!
She just got her 3rd set of shots at Dr. Lund's office and she weighs 9 lbs.
I will send pictures soon.
Thanks again,
Ofer Vered.
Pinky
Got an email that you were wondering how Pinky was doing. Pinky is doing wonderful. She has adapted to the good life. I live alone but no longer because Pinky is a faithful companion. She loves to go out into my fenced yard and search for lizards - she runs and attacks but they always get away. She loves to lie on the couch at night and watch my favorite TV shows with me. She has a dog bed in every room but yet sleeps with me on my mine. She is adorable and loving. Loves to roll over and get her stomach rubbed. She is still not certain about the leash and thinks its a chewy toy but I am trying to get her to do her business like other normal dogs - walking on a leash. She just loves my backyard instead. I am going to take her to doggie school for some lessons. She eats pretty good now and is just starting to play with toys (it was all so foreign to her). I love her and so does everyone else she meets. She has great manners. In fact, I have only heard her bark one time (when I left her to go out in the car) and I have had her for one month. I have been out many times.
I am not too good at downloading pictures to the computer yet but will as soon as I figure it out. Everyone has been asking for pictures. Thank you again for letting me adopt such a wonderful addition to my home.
